 The First Amendment holds the right to religious freedom in that, Congress shall not establish a religion, nor deny the practice, thereof.  The Bill of Rights and the 14th Amendment holds that no sectarian institution,  religious or otherwise consider only secular, has no power of enforce compliance to the provisions of the sectarian institution, even the intuition of one other human being person, a living entity, has no rights except under the rule of law outlined in the Ten Bill of Rights under the Constitution of the U. S.
