by God! thanks be to God, for the help of God, one offered perspective on, "The Book of Acts"

"In the beginning God Created.." - ref Genesis 1:1
By the historical, in the Scriptural texts of The Holy Bible,
(*note this being by human need of freedom of expression by rights from the Creator,
~ thereby, in Exodus 20:15, God's Word being impartial only from God's Eternal Impartial Point of View, "thou shalt not steal," ever being relevant, by God's having stooped, ref, some of the Scriptural texts of The Holy Bible, that is, the One Good Lord of hosts, stoops down from beyond the skies, stars during the day or night, ref Psalm 139, God ever has, does and forever knowing someone's purpose from far off, during sojourn of daily journey 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, thus God Giving good intentions from God's ever continued, continues, continuing Impartial Purview Sight of The Lord,
by the needed help from God, thankful to God, blessings from God in favor by God's impartial gift of grace, of course, simplistic truth, be honest in trusting the One Eternal Lord God, the Creator.)
The historical context of, "In the course of human events..,"
of The Declaration of Independence, the year of the or our Lord, 1776,
the "Creator," being "nature's God," of "divine Providence," the "Supreme Judge," and the idea of to pledge "sacred Honor," are contained in that historical founding document,
of these, the United States of America,
and the other two charters of freedom, "In the course of human events...,"
being the Preamble, and the original Bill of Rights of the Constitution of the United States of America.
Noting that the 1st Amendment by the Creator Granted the right of freedom of speech,
and the 5th Amendment of "due process of law," no one can obfuscate legally,
someone's rights, thus by "due process of law," it is required that a person be informed by notice, had some type of legal action hindering someone residing on property in leasing or by title and deed.
For example, illegal search and seizure violate someone's rights given by the impartial Creator.
One example, is the e-mail or 1-800 or other phone numbers scandal to gain information of someone's private concerns & interests. Thereby, it is illegal to spy or have used use, and to be using the information of someone's personal life, in use of semantics, for example,
thereby, that information further used by reactions of others has implication effects,
to be plausibly in effect detrimental, and like the expression how harmful, God Only Knows.
Thank God for the just impartial peace from God, good today of days,
the sun rises some place 24 hours per day, 7 days per week,
good blessings by how the Creator impartially blesses.

Excellent question,
this comment offered by common human need of communication,
gratefully, by need of inspiration of the Helper, The Holy Spirit of truth from The Last Discourse, for example, in the Scriptural texts of The Holy Bible, in the Gospel according to John.
Each of us, one person of humanity being one human being,
having a name and usually a surname and/or legal binding known by foster type of name;-
thereby,
By only God Being the Benevolent Eternal Creator,
and no one human being of higher reasoning sentience is being ‘God,’
nor group of human beings, nor groups of human being is being ‘God,’
then,
God Being Eternal, the Spirit of God, only before benevolent God,
only benevolent up to now presently God, and eternally Being Eternal one God, IAM, Name thereof;-
then,
God Only Sends impartial help for each individual human being person to receive such help,
in that the light of God having impartial true light and God Being only just in impartiality God of peace,
it being true then, ref Psalm 139, God Knows either by deliberate *or* unearned suffering reasons,
someone’s purpose from far off, thereby, God needing no help to be being the One true Eternal God,
the benevolence of God inspiring the need of God having set limits,
the help from God gladly received to live by God having God’s Own Merits for someone living life, yet only God receives the unearned suffering,
this being by Glory to God in the highest, - ref the Good News of exceeingly great joy,
in Luke 2:14, God has goodwill toward humanity, there is peace on earth on whom God’s favor rests;-
thereby, it is good by God’s inspiration in need of reverence to request God’s help;-
and by having opportunity to receive the texts of examples, such is,
Psalms 8, 33 (verse 33:11, the counsel of the Lord stands forever, from generation to generation),
thereby, from Psalm 8, God never needing help being God, some children’s praise foil the opposition to God & Godliness of evil intentions, thereby harmful;-
and in Psalm 8, humanity is a little lower than the Angels,
and God the Eternal Creator did Create the Creation in 7 Days or epochs,
and on the 2th Day, God had Created the Heaven, in the Scriptural texts of The Holy Bible,
thereby, it being self evident the limits of the skies in the day or night of stars visible if clear,
the world is under the skies of there are seas and drylands called, earth, the world of in the universe;-
plants and animals having instinctual imprinting;-
only each person human being individual has higher reasoning sentients,
this each of us, human is in the image and likeness of God, and came into the world the same way.
In Psalm 85, God having impartial righteousness of God kisses impartial peace from God,
and like Genesis in the Garden of Eden, God’s Voice coincided with the footsteps of God,
God having the faithfulness has the footsteps of God,
thereby, ref Psalm 33:11, God being the One True Eternal Lord of hosts, the counsel of the Lord stands forever from generation to generation,
and;-
not only The Last Discourse of the high priestly prayer of Jesus,
High Priest the Messiah Jesus of the Scriptural texts of the Good News according to John,
by the Name of Jesus, ie, John 20:31 there is life in his Name, Jesus,
and Hebrews 4, sinless, the Christ Jesus intercesses,
Thereby;-
how God having, the Holy Spirit of truth formed Glory of God, the Helper,
in the Scriptural texts of The Last Discourse, for example,
and Jesus did tell, by being fostered by Joseph and born of the virgin Mary,
having no earthly father, by The Angel in the dream to Joseph,
Jesus had been, *begotten* by the Power of The Holy Spirit,
because Joseph had said, yes to be betrothed to Mary,
and the Angel to Mary helped her say, yes.
Then they had been betrothed,
and only God Being the long expected Messiah Jesus’ Father,
at The Last Discourse, Jesus told that, the Father is greater than I, and,
at that high priestly prayer, it did not look good,
Jesus had answered the questions,
yet, evident by the folk eventually say, crucify him,
God knowing everthing, God Being the Eternal “IAM,”
Name thereof, The Lord of hosts, the Father,
God Knowing the intense unearned suffering of Jesus surrounded on all sides,
after Jesus prayed, knowing all He had to do, - had been accomplished,
He, Jesus told, it is done,
Psalm 31:1-5 Into your hand I commit my Spirit

Psalm 31:1-5 Into your hand I commit my Spirit
Fort Howard Community Church: Fort Howard, MD > Psalm 31:1-5 Into your hand I commit my Spirit

) - and from the very same article of reverence of the Scriptural texts of The Holy Bible,
by the Spirit of truth, The Holy Spirit, the Helper,
“Please read
Psalm 31:1-5.

As David begins this psalm, the emphasis is clearly on God being a refuge. God is called “my rock and my fortress,” He is the one who will “lead me and guide me,” He will “take me out of the net they have hidden for me,” He will never let me “be put to shame,” He will “deliver me,” incline His ear to me, and “rescue me.” The Lord is “my refuge.”

Because the Lord is his refuge, David can comfortably commit his spirit into His hands. Because these were Jesus’ dying words, we often think of them in terms of death. But David was using them in terms of life. He could trust his very life, every moment of every day, to the sovereign actions of God.”
*and, “It is interesting to note that this committing of his spirit is sandwiched between two phrases: “You are my refuge” and “You have redeemed me.” The focus of this passage is on God being a refuge. God is the stronghold that enemies cannot overcome; God is the deliverer who will save us from their snares. If I trust in God, then I cannot be defeated.

However, Jesus’ quote of this verse shifts the emphasis onto the phrase that follows His quote: “you have redeemed me, O Lord, faithful God.” The word “redemption” means “to buy back.” It was used to describe a slave being bought for a new owner. When Jesus died on the cross, He paid the price for our sin, and therefore bought us back or “redeemed” us from sin and death.

But it is one thing for Christ to be a redeemer, and a totally different thing for Him to redeem us.”
Please,
“And behold, I am sending the promise of my Father upon you. But stay in the city until you are clothed with power from on high.” - Luke 24:49
Then in Acts of actions of the Apostles,
each one believer of the body of believers,
In my first book, Theophilus, I wrote about everything Jesus did and taught from the beginning, 2 up to the day when he was taken up to heaven[
a] after giving orders by the Holy Spirit to the apostles he had chosen. 3 After he had suffered, he had shown himself alive to them by many convincing proofs, appearing to them during a period of 40 days and telling them about the kingdom of God.

“[The Promise of the Holy Spirit]”

“4 While he was meeting with them, he ordered them, “Don’t leave Jerusalem. Instead, wait for what the Father has promised, about which you heard me speak, 5 because John baptized with[b] water, but you will be baptized with[c] the Holy Spirit a few days from now.”

“6 Now those who had gathered together began to ask Jesus,[d] “Lord, is this the time when you will restore the kingdom to Israel?” 7 He answered them, “It isn’t for you to know what times or periods the Father has fixed by his own authority. 8 But you’ll receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you, and you’ll be my witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

[Jesus Goes Up to Heaven]

“9 After saying this, Jesus[e] was taken up while those who had gathered together[f] were watching, and a cloud took him out of their sight.” - Acts 1:1–9
*and, further on in Acts*
“When the day of Pentecost was being celebrated,[
a] all of them were together in one place. 2 Suddenly, a sound like the roar of a mighty windstorm came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. 3 They saw tongues like flames[b] of fire that separated, and one rested on each of them. 4 All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in foreign[c] languages as the Spirit gave them that ability.

5 Now devout Jews from every nation on earth[d] were living in Jerusalem. 6 When that sound came, a crowd quickly gathered, startled because each one heard the disciples[e] speaking in his own language. 7 Stunned and amazed, they asked, “All of these people who are speaking are Galileans, aren’t they? 8 So how is it that each one of us hears them speaking in his own native language:[f] 9 Parthians, Medes, Elamites, residents of Mesopotamia, Judea, Cappadocia, Pontus, Asia, 10 Phrygia, Pamphylia, Egypt, the district of Libya near Cyrene, Jewish and proselyte visitors from Rome, 11 Cretans, and Arabs, listening to them talk in our own languages about the great deeds of God?”

Bible Gateway passage: Acts 2 - International Standard Version
The Coming of the Holy Spirit - When the day of Pentecost was being celebrated, all of them were together in one place. Suddenly, a sound like the roar of a mighty windstorm came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw tongues like flames of fire that separated, and one rested on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in foreign languages as the Spirit gave them that ability. Now devout Jews from every nation on earth were living in Jerusalem.

“ For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any double-edged sword, piercing until it divides soul and spirit, joints and marrow, as it judges the thoughts and purposes of the heart. 13 No creature can hide from him, but everyone is exposed and helpless before the eyes of the one to whom we must give a word of explanation.

[Our Compassionate High Priest]

14 Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has gone to heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us live our lives consistent with[k] our confession of faith.[l] 15 For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses. Instead, we have one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet he never sinned. 16 So let us keep on coming boldly to the throne of grace, so that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.”

Bible Gateway passage: Hebrews 4 - International Standard Version
We Must Enter the Rest - Therefore, as long as the promise of entering his rest remains valid, let us be afraid! Otherwise, some of you will fail to reach it, because we have had the good news told to us as well as to them. But the message they heard did not help them, because they were not united by faith with those who listened to it. We who have believed are entering that rest, just as he has said, “So in my anger I swore a solemn oath that they would never enter my rest,” even though his actions had been finished since the creation of the world. Somewhere he has spoken about the seventh day as follows: “On the seventh day God rested from all his actions,” and again in this passage, “They will never enter my rest.”

“For, Whoever would love life and see good days must keep their tongue from evil and their lips from deceitful speech.11 They must turn from evil and do good; they must seek peace and pursue it.’”
- 1 Peter 3:10–11
here is another reference,
“Chapter 5 concludes the book of 1 John, once again emphasizing the supremacy of love in the Christian experience. Those who put their faith in Christ can know, for sure, that they have eternal life. This assurance comes by trusting what we know of the life of Jesus Christ, as well as the evidence of the Holy Spirit within us. Following God's commands, particularly love, results in confidence of our salvation, as well as strength against the temptations of the world.”

“[Jesus concluded his prayer:] "O righteous Father, the world doesn't know you, but I do; and these disciples know you sent me. I have revealed you to them, and I will continue to do so. Then your love for me will be in them, and I will be in them."

Today's Prayer

Father God, thank you for revealing yourself to me in Jesus. I truly believe that Jesus revealed your heart, your character, your compassion, your holiness — all of your qualities. Now I ask, dear Father, that you reveal yourself to me as I seek to know you more fully through your Son's ministry here on earth. Please make yourself more fully known to me and through me. I ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.”
